  1. First Meeting - What's Your Vision?

To start, be prepared to discuss your specific needs and preferences, outlining your vision for the renovation. It’s ok not to know every single detail but define at a high level what your vision is so our team can start putting a mental picture together to start designing.

We will likely ask questions to understand your goals and expectations, and then assess the current state of your bathroom, taking measurements and evaluating the space. You can expect a discussion on materials, styles, and potential design options based on your budget and preferences. The team will share their portfolio or examples of styles and trends to give you an idea of what they are thinking. We will address practical aspects such as timelines, potential disruptions, and any necessary permits.

  2. The Design Phase

Once the initial bathroom renovation meeting concludes, and the design phase begins, you can anticipate a seamless transition to the rendering stage. The team, having meticulously noted your preferences and project requirements, will initiate the creation of 3D renderings. These renderings serve as visual representations of the proposed design, providing you with a realistic preview of your renovated bathroom.

Our team uses an advanced design software to craft detailed 3D models called Chief Architect, showcasing elements such as layout, materials, and overall aesthetics.

  3. In Comes The Build Team

Once the design phase is successfully completed, and the 3D rendering receives your approval, the build team will seamlessly transition to the construction phase.

Expect the build team to mobilize resources, procure materials, and initiate the actual implementation of the approved design.

Clear communication channels will be established to keep you informed of the construction progress, and any unforeseen challenges will be addressed with efficiency.

The build team will adhere to the established timeline, coordinating tasks such as demolition, installation, and finishing work to bring the envisioned bathroom renovation to life.

Regular check-ins and updates from the project manager will ensure that your expectations are met throughout the remodeling process.
