When we formed Broderick Dean Construction as a husband-wife team, we set out to redefine the meaning of design-build, similar to how a successful marriage is built. Our mission is to deliver every project with integrity and quality, from a truly custom approach. We strive to provide true collaboration and transparency with our clients throughout the design-build process.

Meet Amanda Coolidge
President At Broderick Dean Construction
Amanda Coolidge, the driving force behind Broderick Dean, brings over 15 years of construction operations experience to the table. Leading the company's operations and spearheading expansion efforts into emerging markets, Amanda's strategic vision and management prowess have propelled many companies to realize their true potential. Her interdisciplinary approach and quick decision-making abilities have been instrumental in the company's growth.
Amanda is known to assist workers in all aspects of company operations. Previous to her current role, Amanda served as Director of Operations for Stellar Restoration. She worked for Stellar from 2011 to 2020, having served in multiple roles. Amanda’s past experience includes serving as a Department of Defense (DOD) contractor for Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) in Mosul, Iraq, where she assisted with quality control and human resources services during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn
Meet Daniel "Dan" Coolidge
Vice President at Broderick Dean Construction
Daniel Coolidge, the Vice President at Broderick Dean Construction, boasts a robust portfolio of over 400 successfully managed projects. His role as a construction operations manager involves overseeing all pre-construction and construction services for residential and commercial markets.
Daniel’s experience includes a diverse portfolio of projects and an impeccable reputation with owners and subcontractors across industry operating markets. Daniel began his career in the Washington, DC area where his roster of high-end projects included work at the Naval Observatory-Home of the Vice President of the United States; the Pentagon after the 9/11 terrorist attack and new construction at the National Security Agency building in Laurel, Maryland. Daniel moved to the southwest Texas region in 2013 where he continued building his list of high roster projects, working in the construction department at Carlton Woods, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course.
During a career that spans almost two decades, Daniel has established his reputation for building relationships with residential and business clientele–some of the most notable being Federal Realty Investments Trust, a R.E.I.T. Developer/Owner and PCM Services where he worked on numerous, high level security government buildings.
Meet Alexandra Meisgeier
Office Manager & Selections Coordinator At Broderick Dean Construction
Alexandra Meisgeier, also known as Alex, is an emerging Office Manager and Selections Coordinator recognized for her reliability, organization, and growing expertise in administrative support. She focuses on streamlining daily operations, coordinating schedules, sourcing competitive pricing for selections, and managing order tracking from start to finish—all while providing responsive support to leadership. Alex is passionate about contributing to team goals, continuously developing her skills, and helping create a thriving workplace.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time at church or relaxing on the lake.
Meet Jordan Kirk
Project Manager at Broderick Dean Construction
Jordan Kirk, a Project Manager with Broderick Dean, specializes in home and commercial ground up construction and remodeling. He brings multiple years of experience coordinating residential builds from the ground up. Jordan works closely with property owners and contractors to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a strong focus on communication, quality, and client satisfaction, he is dedicated to making the construction process smooth, efficient, and tailored to each client’s vision.
When not at work Jordan enjoys playing Golf, and spending time with his Wife Jordan and little girl Juliette.
Meet Julian Lopez
Sales Manager At Broderick Dean Construction
Julian Lopez, known to many as Jules, is the driving force behind sales of Broderick Dean, he brings a fresh yet determined approach to sales in the construction industry. Stepping into the role of Sales Manager, Julian’s passion for building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions is already making an impact. Focused on both residential and commercial markets, his energy, adaptability, and commitment to excellence are helping position the company for new opportunities. With a dedication to learning and a results-oriented mindset, Julian is poised to contribute to the company’s growth and long-term success.
Jules spends most weekends watching football enjoying the energy and excitement of the game. Recently, he has taken up golf and has been working on improving his swing whenever he gets the chance.
WE ARE FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED
Amanda and Dan Coolidge got married at the Hotel Galvez in Galveston, Texas April 2017 after 4 years of dating. The two have sons Julian "Broderick" and Tristian "Dean", hence Broderick Dean. You can find the family rooting on the Cougars at the Tomball High School home games or at the local Bowling alley on a weekend evening.

Without our neighbors and friends in our community, we wouldn't exist. That's why we give back through local charities and community organizations. We believe that every individual in our team has the ability and the responsibility to elevate our local community.
As members of several local Chambers, The Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce being one of them located in their Hometown of Tomball, Texas. Amanda and Dan are very active in the community, as sponsor-donors to the Tomball High School Athletic Booster Club and Tidy Up Tomball volunteers.
