I would highly recommend Broderick Dean Construction for your home renovation/remodeling needs. They did an amazing job from beginning to end with our primary bathroom remodel. Amanda and her team were very professional and easy to work with. From the detailed proposal which outlined all products, labor, and prices to the finished walk through was seamless. The communication throughput the project was top notch. Amanda’s entire team including her project manager Jordan, and those responsible for painting, cabinets, tiling, plumbing, countertops and everyone in between were so professional and nice and their quality of work was nothing less than amazing. We are so happy with the entire process and the project finished earlier than expected! We will definitely use them again for any other home renovations!

They initially came out to provide an estimate for a substantial job, but unfortunately, they never returned with an estimate. We had to wait for 4 weeks before we finally called their office, and when we did, they responded with a rather disappointing statement: “We have still not been able to get our estimate together.” It’s been 8 weeks since then, and we’ve received three other bids on our job in a timely manner. Needless to say, we won’t be pursuing this company anymore, either now or in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with the Broderick Dean team from start to finish on our kitchen and master bath refresh. They provided helpful, reasonable guidance and advice during the estimate, design, proposal, and change order phases. We also appreciated the quality of the work and craftsmanship by their team, who showed amazing care and respect for our home during construction. The whole team provided excellent communication along the way and continues to be in touch with us about final adjustments. We hesitated using a general contractor for our refresh because of the cost, but it was well worth having the job done right and in a timely fashion. We look forward to working with them again!

We made a great choice! They built a casita with an attached RV garage behind our house, on schedule with no significant delays. They responded to all of our concerns with professionalism and guidance when needed. We would be happy to refer them as well as use their services again in the future. Amanda's eye for design was an incredible asset. She had great ideas and was able to help me translate my many Pinterest board pins into reality. We have had many complements on the finishes. Dan was always ready to help and explained all the bits and pieces we didn't understand.

We recently completed a sunroom and patio addition project with Broderick Dean Construction, and we’re very pleased with the results.
The project was completed exactly as planned and on schedule, which we really appreciated. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and the team was responsive whenever we had questions or needed clarification.
The quality of the workmanship stands out. From the framing and Hardie siding to the windows, electrical work, and finishing details, everything was done with care and attention to detail. The finished sunroom looks great and blends seamlessly with the rest of our home.
We also appreciated their flexibility in working through a few adjustments during the planning stage to make sure the final design fit our needs.

Amanda and Dan at Broderick Dean were very professional in all aspects of our kitchen remodel and fireplace hearth renovation. We appreciated their excellent responsiveness and the way they managed the project, keeping us updated through frequent communications. They use top-notch subcontractors. I personally appreciate Amanda's eye for design and her faucet and cooking appliance selections. She personally accompanied us to select countertop slabs and had great recommendations. We needed a design/build firm to help us with adding a detached garage to our property with strict HOA guidelines. We also wanted to update our kitchen with new counter tops, back splash, cook top, ventilation, paint color and family room fireplace hearth. Broderick Dean fit the bill perfectly! They are professional and have excellent sub-contractors. Dan and Amanda kept us up to date every step of the way; and, we were pleased how quickly the work was performed.

My spouse and I hired Broderick Dean Construction to do a remodel of our primary bedroom, bathroom and closet as well as replace the carpet with wood floors in one of our front rooms, and to say we are extremely happy with our decision is an understatement! Amanda, Dan, and Jordan were masters of their craft and so great to work with. For us, we came into our initial consultation with some ideas but not really a detailed scrapbook of what we wanted. Amanda’s design expertise and suggestions helped us tremendously with material choices. Not only is the final product stunning, but they finished our remodel in a single month! The entire process went very smoothly and impressively fast, and they would even make slight tweaks and recommendations along the way to maximize aesthetics. Amanda and Dan truly care about their clients. Their attention to detail and attitude to doing the job the right way is outstanding. We had a pretty significant build/addon/upgrade and Broderick was just the right folks to help us out with it. We loved everything about Amanda and Dan, from initial consultation, brain storming ideas, proposal, crews they brought out, professional change order documentation, close out, warranty binder with ALL the info of our materials. Remodels can be a very stressful event. Where do I find a contractor that I can trust and is dependable? Where do I get design help and guidance? Are the tradesmen of the highest quality? Will I be kept informed on the work schedule and arrival of contractors on site? Are they neat? What happens when I need to get in touch with them? Are they down to earth, caring people?

From the time they walked through our front door and we chatted for a few minutes, we knew we had found our contractor! Amanda patiently worked with us on the design phase, proposing ideas based on her professional expertise. Once finalized, construction began as planned under the watchful eye of Dan. Tradesmen were of the highest quality and very professional. We always knew who was coming and when. Our bathroom remodel was completed on time. On the final walk through, Amanda and Dan picked up a couple of minor items that we hadn’t noticed. They truly cared about delivering a quality product.

We are very happy with the renovations done in our home by Broderick Dean Construction! All of their workers were easy to work with and eager to please us. They "cleaned up" after themselves each day when it was quiting time and let us know when we could expect them back. If we made a phone call or sent a text to Amanda or Dan, we received a reply in a timely manner. We were glad to have input and suggestions from their team to help us make decisions about things we wanted done or changes to update our home. We were assured that any concerns we had would be addressed at the final walk through and they were. Our project was an above garage space build out. It included significant HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work along with general interior construction work to add 700+SF.
Amanda and Dan were great to work with. The scope and plan for the project was well communicated and their responsiveness to questions and issues was prompt and always courteous. Each came up with great ideas to maximize our space and how to handle unexpected problems. All subcontractors were friendly and respectful of our home.
The completed project turned out fantastic. I highly recommend Broderick Dean Construction.

My wife and I had been talking about a bathroom remodel for several years but one thing that always stopped us was deciding on what we wanted. That all changed when we met Amanda from Broderick Dean. On our initial visit she walked us through design ideas and really helped us work through the mental roadblocks we had.
When Amanda returned with the design and quotes in hand it was evident how much professionalism comes with hiring Broderick Dean. Everything was neatly laid out and explained. All of their insurance information was included and easily verifiable. We decided to move forward.
We were out of town during the demo (great timing!) but Amanda and Dan kept us updated several times a day on the progress, sending us photos and commentary on problems they found with the builder's install of the original bathroom. By the time we got home demo had finished and the dumpster was long gone. Other than the bathroom being completely gutted and the protective mats on the floors, you would have never known they were at the house. There was no mess anywhere!
Construction was smooth as silk. All of their trades were professionals and did fantastic work. They were all very pleasant and friendly and easy to communicate with. Amanda and Dan checked in on site daily and had no qualms about having their team redo things that were not up to their standard. This was a completely opposite experience I have had with past contractors where I had to step in to make sure things were done properly.
After completion we received a very nice bound package of all of the project information. Again I had never experienced this before! I highly recommend Broderick Dean for your remodeling needs. In fact, we will be hiring them again soon to remodel our master bath! These folks treat you like family.

Amanda, Dan, and the team with Broderick Dean Construction helped renovate my Dad's home in Tomball. We needed someone who knew what they were doing to help convert the soaking tub in the primary suite to an aging in place shower which meant paying careful attention to making it zero entry as well as adding a grab bar. They also replaced all of the flooring throughout the home, added a back patio addition, and helped with some other smaller projects around the home to make it move-in ready. Every step of the process was seamless and handled with care. It was great that they helped with the design-build process which allowed them to provide solutions to stay within my Dad's budget while still accomplishing what we needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and we were impressed with the quality of their work upon final walk through. If you are ready to hire a contractor that is a breath of fresh air, I highly recommend hiring Broderick Dean Construction!

Want to give HUGE high 5 to Broderick Dean Construction! Based on other referrals for them on our neighborhood FB page, we contacted them about perhaps helping us update our master bathroom. We honestly had a) no idea of what we "wanted" and, probably most importantly, b) what was realistic. Amanda and Daniel were extraordinarily creative (there was NO way that we would have envisioned what they could "see"), helpful (not only with ideas for what was possible, but advice about what was NOT advisable), patient (with us at every decision point), and diligent (incredible attention to detail AND to an almost unbelievable level of super high quality and thoroughness). They were fantastic communicators (which we highly value), they and their skill team were punctual and always professional, AND they were simply a joy to work with all along the way. We recently completed a backyard patio upgrade with Broderick and Dean, LLC. We noticed them working at a neighbor’s house nearby, and asked if they could give a quote for work at our house. Owners, Dan and Amanda, met with us on the scheduled date, listened to what we had in mind, offered many helpful suggestions, and later provided a timeframe and quote. Once we agreed to start work, all items were promptly ordered. As work started Dan or Amanda was onsite daily to monitor and assist with the work being done. They communicated via text messages on a daily basis to inform us of the plans each day. The craftsmanship of their crew and their high level of involvement in the project helped ensure the quality of the work. As homeowners we are very satisfied with how the project was handled from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to use Broderick and Dean for our next project, and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for home improvements.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Amanda and Dan on our kitchen renovation. Obviously…their quality of work and craftsmanship is top notch. But what truly set them apart from the many contractors we’ve worked with in the past is their communication, organization, and cleanliness. There wasn’t a day that went by where we didn’t communicate with Amanda or Dan…and we always knew who was at the house working on what. It made the cumbersome details of a kitchen renovation (with young kids in house) much more manageable. And now we have a beautiful kitchen to use with our family thanks to Amanda and Dan.
We couldn’t recommend Broderick Dean enough, and look forward to working with them again.

Adding to my previous review since we worked with Broderick Dean again this year on a complete master bathroom remodel. The bottom line, … another very good experience and outcome.
Bathrooms have lot going on, so this time we really leveraged Broderick Dean’s design expertise. Amanda is very good bringing all the aspects of bathroom design together, she worked hard to understand our style preferences, and brought ideas into the design process that ended up making the outcome even better that what we originally envisioned.
The quality of work is very good. Dan and Amanda are very involved in the day-to-day construction, are very easy to work with, and they make sure everything is being done right. They also work hard to keep the project moving.
Anyone should feel comfortable using Broderick Dean. Dan and Amanda have built a company that operates with integrity, focuses on quality work, and delivered for us an end result that we are very happy with.

I would certainly recommend Broderick Dean to anyone.
We chose to work with Dan and Amanda for a partial upstairs remodel. We had decided to combine two rooms to create a larger workspace for my wife’s sewing, quilting, and crafting activities. In addition, we also decided to open up the space around a back set of stairs leading to the new workspace. All this work involved,
• removing walls (one load bearing)
• installing new support beams in the ceiling
• building a new closet with adjustable shelving
• new drywall and crown molding
• new recessed lighting, electrical plugs, switches, etc.
• moving ceiling fans
• extending an existing stair handrail, balusters, and trim work
Dan and Amanda were easy to work with, professional, understood the scope and very effectively managed the work to completion right on schedule. The schedule was critical as we had new wood floors being installed within a few days afterwards.
I was also impressed with two other aspects of working with Broderick Dean Construction. First, Amanda’s organization related to the proposal and contract, and later the close-out and warranty information, is a level above what you will generally see. Also, Dan was on-site every day, supervising the activity and working on various aspects of the remodel. He also put in unforeseen extra effort to find staircase components needed to match the twenty-five year old original construction.
We are very pleased with the results and already have a new project that we will be discussing with the Broderick Dean Construction team soon.

We chose Broderick Dean Construction for our kitchen/great room project and would easily and highly recommend this company!
From our perspective we had a fairly extensive remodel that included all new appliances, counter tops, flooring, electrical, painting and custom cabinets. We were given design options that fit our budget and a working timeline. Paperwork such as billing and change orders were handled in a timely fashion. The project was organized and coordinated well between all the different trades. Amanda and Dan even went above and beyond to assist with things that weren't even in their scope of work. They were truly interested in helping us create a beautiful and functional living space that we love.
The details are where a company shows its true colors. I waited to write our review until we saw how the final punch list items were handled. There will always be things that need to be adjusted or touched up. Amanda and Dan made sure that each and every item was attended to (even after they had the final check).
Amanda and Dan exceeded our expectations from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. It was refreshing to work with a company that delivered exactly what they promised and MORE! We are so happy with how well our kitchen/great room turned out and are already looking ahead to our next project.

We discussed our extensive remodel with three contractors over a two-week period in August. Amanda and Dan were the second ones we met with, and as soon as they left our home, we looked at each other and said, 'They were impressive.' They offered terrific suggestions about what we could do - including recommendations about how to best prepare our home for transitioning into our later years. Their bid was right in line with our budget. So that's just the beginning. Then there's the actual experience of working together. It was wonderful. Every request. Every change. Every question. Addressed and answered promptly. Amanda has the vision for what can be. Dan has the skill for making it happen. Their sub-contractors are talented, polite and treated our home with care. Dan promised to complete the extensive remodel in less than 10 weeks. When we told some friends, they laughed and said, 'add another month or two.' As of today, everything will be finished... eight weeks plus one day after the big demolition dumpster arrived at our driveway. I highly recommend Broderick Dean Construction. They're kind. They're professional. They're on budget and on time.
